- 25+ years of mining experience: 9 years in mining production, 16+ years of experience as a Sales Manager and Regional Manager
- Commodity experience: Gold, Silver, Manganese.
- Education: Kazakh National Technical University, Mining Engineering (Kazakhstan)
- Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English
Timur Aubakirov
- 23+ Years of Mining Engineering Experience: Specializes in open pit mining and experienced in underground mining. Experienced in drilling and blasting OP/UG designing, open pit designing and planning, open pit scheduling, pit optimization at different operations and projects.
- Methods: SLC, Open Stope.
- Commodity experience: Gold, Silver, Lead, Zinc, Manganese, Copper, Chrome.
- Education: Kokshetau State University named after Sh Ualikhanov, Mining Engineering (Kazakhstan)
- Country Experience: Kazakhstan, Australia, Russia, Kyrgyzstan.
- Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English
Talgat Kassymkan
- 2 years of experience in open-pit mining operations, specializing in mine planning, shift planning, drill and blast activities, and mine design.
- Experienced in open-pit metal mines and quarrying operations, with practical site-based knowledge of production processes and mining workflows.
- Education: MSc in Mining Engineering.
- Fluent in English, Kazakh, and Russian.
