What You Will Do
- Own the blueprint for our AWS cloud platform, designing and implementing core infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead strategic cloud migration projects, modernizing enterprise-grade .NET workloads for performance and scalability.
- Act as a force multiplier for over 150 engineers, embedding with teams to automate workflows and champion a “you build it, you run it culture”.
- Build and scale modern technologies like Fargate, serverless computing, and observability stacks.
- Influence technical decisions and ensure delivery within timelines while keeping the broader business goals in mind.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps engineering role.
- Deep experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code, such as CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- Hands-on expertise in CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration, specifically Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python, and experience managing Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with observability tools, including CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- A passion for automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- The ability to influence stakeholders, work within deadlines, and align technical solutions with business strategy.
- Experience in a startup environment and scaling systems for growth is highly desirable.
