Your focus will be to
- Engage directly with customers to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Lead technical workshops and solution design discussions with a focus on reusability across products
- Design scalable and maintainable software architectures
- Hands-on implementation of software solutions for new products while also migrating existing products to the new design paradigms
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Support and enhance software development best practices within the team
Technical Skills
You are an experienced technical leader who has the proven ability to drive change and thrives in complex software environments, and have:
- Expert technical knowledge of AWS cloud environments is essential
- Proven ability to define and lead enterprise architecture initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills - the ability to engage stakeholders, conduct workshops and make recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences is critical
- Project management and/or change management certifications a bonus
