What You’ll Be Doing
- Consulting with Purpose
You’ll work directly with mining customers to scope, plan, and implement Deswik’s advanced mine planning software. Expect variety—commodities, mine types, and operational challenges across the region. - On-Site Collaboration
Travel regularly to customer sites across EMEA & CIS to deliver training, troubleshoot, and embed Deswik solutions into operational workflows. - Problem Solving with Impact
Use your site-based experience to guide mine design, scheduling, mine operations and optimization projects. You’ll also support business development, customer support and account management. - Teamwork Without Borders
Work alongside a global network of engineers and developers who “get it”—no egos, just smart people solving complex problems together.
What You’ll Bring
- Significant experience in underground/open pit metals mining (Minimum 5 years)
- Strong background in mine design, scheduling, and production
- Proven user of Deswik.CAD | IS | Schedule (or other mine planning and design software packages)
- Comfortable with frequent travel and working across cultures
- Native Turkish Speaker
- Clear communicator with fluency in English
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
- Exposure to open pit mining, PowerBI skills, bilingual fluency (not essential but preferred)
