As we continue to evolve, we are seeking a forward-thinking Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our product portfolio specifically working on projects related to products supporting mining operations.

Leveraging strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen, you’ll identify opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive customer success. 

• Identify opportunities within customers 
• Create future focused and scalable solutions which we can define and deliver today
• Work with a team to develop and deliver upon the Product Road Map; you will be accountable be responsible for defining and launching new initiatives and managing the growth of established products. 
• Understand customer problems, create requirements, design solutions and deliver outcomes. 
• Work with our talented sales teams, internal UX/UI design, software development (Brisbane based) and marketing teams to deliver product success.  

A background in mining (or mining technology) is essential in order to be able to understand modern issues facing customers in the mining industry.

• Strong innovation, stakeholder engagement and ability to define a path to success through documentation and requirements analysis. 
• Experience in product management, preferably in software or technology sectors strongly desired. 
• Experience or exposure to mine optimisation, automation or operations management would be beneficial. 
• Proven project management experience. 
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results. 
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement. 
• Tertiary qualifications in a technical discipline (an advantage, but not essential). 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
