Brisbane based Product Manager shaping connected Deswik solutions to improve how mining teams manage data, workflows and decisions.

As a Product Manager in Deswik's Product Management team you will help shape practical, connected solutions across our product portfolio, including Deswik.MDM, to improve how mining teams manage data, workflows and operational decision-making.

This is a great opportunity for a solutions-focused Product Manager who enjoys working across products, teams and customer problems. You’ll help connect mining operations, product strategy and software delivery to reduce manual effort, improve data confidence and create scalable product outcomes.

This role is open following an internal promotion and you will be inheriting an established product, with an active customer base. You will lead the product lifecycle from strategy through to delivery, synthesizing context, defining roadmaps, prioritising development, and creating product to address customer and market signals.

Working closely with customers, development teams, consultants, regional sales and marketing stakeholders, you’ll champion the product vision, define execution strategy and drive the product to deliver valuable customer outcomes.

Using a customer first mindset, you will guide work across engineering, consulting and commercial teams to drive product success. You’ll define clear priorities, solve complex workflow challenges and support product direction across Deswik solutions.

What you will be doing

• Shape product direction across Deswik solutions, including Deswik.MDM, balancing business priorities, adoption growth customer needs.

• Translate mining workflows, operational pain points and customer insights into practical, prioritised product solutions.

• Identify opportunities to improve data integrity, workflow automation, approvals, auditability and integration across the product ecosystem.

• Use product performance, market insight and user feedback to recommend evidence-based product improvements.

• Partner with engineering, consulting and customer-facing teams to deliver solutions that are intuitive, scalable and commercially valuable.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years experience in mine planning or operations desired, at a minimum equivalent experience in the resources industry.

• Experience with Software Product Management would be desirable or you have demonstrated Project and Change Management experience

• You have confidence working across teams to turn customer problems into prioritised, deliverable outcomes.

• You are a solutions-focused technologist, with prior systems thinking experience, who enjoys delivering scalable solutions and workflows.

• Curiosity about data management, workflow design, process automation, integration and how connected products create better customer outcomes.

• Strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams and lead change management activities.

• Tertiary qualifications in a technical discipline.
