What You’ll Do
- Own the blueprint for our AWS cloud platform—design and implement core infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead strategic cloud migration projects, modernizing enterprise-grade .NET workloads for performance and scalability.
- Act as a “force multiplier” for 150+ engineers—embed with teams to automate workflows and champion “you build it, you run it.”
- Build and scale modern technologies like EKS, serverless, and observability stacks.
- Influence technical decisions and ensure delivery within timelines while keeping the broader business goals in mind.
What You Bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in DevOps .
- Deep experience with AWS and infrastructure as code (CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation).
- Hands-on expertise in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and managing Windows/Linux environments.
- Experience with observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
- A passion for automation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, work within deadlines, and align technical solutions with business strategy.
- Bonus: Experience in a startup environment and scaling systems for growth.
