We’re looking for three software engineers to join our growing BOLT, ORB and RACE teams to contribute to products that optimise rail and mining operations globally.

What you’ll do
- Work in one of our established product teams with active and engaged customers
- Turn functional requirements into smart, scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate on architecture and design with experienced engineers
- Break down complex problems into clear, actionable tasks
- Write automated tests and build test plans to ensure reliability
- Document features for both users and internal teams
Tech you’ll use
We’re open to different backgrounds, but here’s a bit about our stack:
- Python 3, SQLAlchemy, Pandas, Plotly
- TypeScript, React (beneficial but not required)
- Docker, AWS ECS, PostgreSQL
- In-house declarative Python/TS framework
- C++ and optimization tools
You might be a fit if you have:
- Commercial experience developing software products, ideally in a SaaS context
- Strong grasp of architecture, design principles, and clean, maintainable code
- Experience with Python 3 preferred; other interpreted languages considered
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, or C++ is a bonus
- Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders and solving real-world problems
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
- Review code and designs to uphold quality and share best practices
