Join Deswik’s dynamic HR team and play a key role in shaping the learning experiences that empower our people worldwide. You’ll design and deliver innovative training solutions, create engaging learning content, and support the growth and capability of teams across our global organisation. This role is central to enabling career development and enhancing the employee experience at Deswik.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Contribute to the design, development, and communication of Deswik’s competency frameworks.
- Support the development and maintenance of competency assessment tools and resources.
- Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs across the business.
- Recommend blended learning solutions including online learning, instructor‑led sessions, and mentoring opportunities.
- Design and develop engaging, high‑quality learning content using adult learning principles.
- Build structured learning pathways aligned to Deswik’s competency frameworks.
- Create training content using tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, Camtasia, and LMS platforms.
- Maintain, review, and update learning content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Coordinate and administer corporate training including First Aid, MHFA, Fire Warden, and compliance training.
- Source and coordinate role‑specific learning with internal teams and external providers.
- Facilitate learning sessions in‑person and virtually for various business needs.
- Administer and optimise Deswik’s LMS, ensuring accurate data, seamless learner experience, and effective reporting
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in learning and development, people capability, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop engaging learning content across multiple formats.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience with LMS platforms and emerging learning technologies.
- A passion for continuous improvement and turning learning into workplace impact.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) – desirable.
