We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to join our Brisbane team in a permanent part-time role (approximately 24 hours per week). About the Role

You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial governance across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and intercompany processing
  • Process multi-currency transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors/customers to resolve queries and support smooth financial processes
  • Assist with month-end activities and finance administration tasks
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of finance systems, processes, and reporting
  • Support audit, compliance, and ad-hoc finance activities as required

About You

You are a confident person who enjoys being hands-on, organised, and working collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders. We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in finance or accounting roles within a medium-sized business environment
  • Experience in technology, software, consulting, or professional services industries is highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and general finance processes
  • Experience using Xero or similar cloud-based accounting systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive mindset with willingness to learn and contribute across the team
