Deswik is looking for an excellent communicator with a passion for customer service and previous experience in Office Administration to support our London team.
Please note that this is an office-based position, working 24 hours per week over three days (Tuesday – Thursday).
What You’ll Do:
- Answer the office phones and greet visitors
- Order catering, equipment and supplies for the office and training room
- Liaise with suppliers and employees to reconcile travel for the business
- Support Deswik customers with basic queries
- Send customer statements and follow-up on withholding tax certificates
- Assist with invoicing
- Compile documents for vendor portals and audit requests
- Facilities management for the office including arranging maintenance
- Health and safety administration including maintaining First Aid kit supplies

About You:
- Experienced in an Administration, Reception or Facilities position
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) intermediate skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent in English to a business level
- Someone who cares about providing exceptional customer service
