As a Senior Automation Test Analyst, you’ll drive the charge in building scalable, reliable test automation frameworks that ensure our software performs flawlessly in the real world.

The Testing team exists to develop and maintain the testing processes and infrastructure that support all Deswik products ensuring they are reliable, performant, secure, and of the highest quality. Embedded within the development lifecycle, the team enables continuous testing, early defect detection, and rapid feedback, empowering teams to deliver high-quality software with confidence.
You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other testers to drive quality across the lifecycle from strategy to release.:

• Drive Test Automation roadmap, strategy, and requirements within the product team.
• Design, develop and maintain scalable automated test frameworks in alignment with the Test strategy.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Playwright, Ranorex, or similar.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Recommend and drive improvements to Test Automation, coverage, and tools to increase efficiency and test effectiveness.
• Mentor and support other testers and developers in best testing practices.
• Participate in Agile team activities including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives.
• Create and maintain test documentation, test data and test environments.
