2021 | A Year in Review
2021 saw our continued focus on providing exceptional customer service, support and training both in-person and online. We were thrilled to begin hosting the ‘Sips & Tips’ technical session series following eased COVID-19 restrictions to provide clients the opportunity to improve their Deswik software knowledge and connect with industry peers.
In addition to providing enhancements for our existing software, we expanded our product offering through our acquisition of MineOps Software to launch Deswik.Apps. With this suite of apps, we’ll continue to strive and maintain our integrated and user-friendly platform to ensure efficiency across all our solutions within the mining value chain.
